Naissa is twenty-two and studying currently at Emmanuel College. She has been involved with and practicing and learning about dialog since she was 15 and at 16 Naissa and her sister helped to create a school-wide, youth led dialog program called CivilTea. She loves being able to be part of platforms that educate others, whether that is teachers or students to support them learning about cultivating empathy in an innate way, and supporting people in having efficient conversations about the world. Naissa is in love with the idea of creating educational communities where everyone knows how to talk and listen in these ways and is interested in continuing to work toward a world where this is a given and not something you have to learn when you are a teenager.
